Ceiling fans have a couple of instant benefits, they provide air circulation, and they provide a cool breeze on warm summer nights. If your fan is due for replacement, upgrade, or you have one or more rooms that are ready for those simple lights to be replaced, I can get that project done.
Garage Door Repair/Replace
Garage doors at the largest doors/opening to your home and when they work good, that’s great! but when there is a problem, they can leave you trapped inside or out. Its good to do regular yearly maintenance and make sure your hardware is in great shape! Its time for an inspection and maintenance update!
Items inspected are: Tracks, sensors, rollers & hinges, opener operation including checking chains/belts, hardware stability, door seals, etc

Outlets & Switches
People don’t realize that electrical plugs and light switches wear out an you when your trying to plug in to a receptacle, but have to find that perfect spot with your plug, its time for replacements. This condition can cause sparks within your receptacle and is not safe. New switches, GFCI and dimmers are great additions, plus GFCI receptacles should be installed within 6 ft of a water source.
