Every service Ark provides is conducted with the goal to give the customer quality, reliable products and service. We provide a 30 day labor warranty and follow them manufactures warranty’s on their products.
No. While not all cheaper parts are bad parts, its not the goal to use inferior parts so projects will generally have middle of the line grade parts, items that have a good history of use.
Arks coverage area includes the Greater Des Moines area: West Des Moines, Clive, Beaverdale, Johnston, Ankeny, Norwalk, indianola depending on workload and availability.
You don’t have to depend on constant direct contact with us, for your convienence, you can easily set up your own hub when you are on our website by clicking on the Get a Quote button or the form at the bottom of the first page. The will give you a quick form to fill out and is the start of your hub. Once there, you can see all your past & present orders and when you have made payments or what payments are due. You can request work or additional services which we are able to follow up with you on.
Sure, we don’t do everything but on the small occasion that we don’t, we have the connections to get the job done. An example is we don’t do home additions but we can connect with individuals that do these specialized services and team up to get your project(s) completed.
This depends on how many customers we have scheduled previously, and how large or small the projects are that are scheduled. Every effort is made to get to all of our customers and we generally have emergency services on Saturday between 8 – 12.
